The October 1, 2012 date for eligible area changes has been postponed. No information is available at this time. Please conduct business as usual, and as information becomes available it will be passed on.
Due to changes in the annual fee beginning October 1, 2012, we will not be accepting any files after September 19th. The files received will be processed under the .3% annual fee structure. Any files that are received after September 19th will be returned to the lender for submission October 1st. We will be able to issue conditional commitments beginning October 1st that are subject to the availability of funds.
